Maintenance Site Superintendent

Key Tasks & Duties

• Lead all on-site H145 maintenance, coordinating line, heavy, and unscheduled work.
• Assign manpower, parts, and GSE; monitor productivity and safety KPIs.
• Act as primary interface with the customer, Airbus Helicopters, and GACA inspectors.
• Approve technical documentation, MEL/CDL items, and return-to-service releases.
• Chair daily production & risk-management meetings; escalate AOG issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or military equivalent).
• EASA/FAA/GACA Part-66 B1/B2 or A&P licence; H145 type course endorsed.
• 10 + years rotary-wing maintenance, 3 + years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership, SMS & ISO 9001/AS9110 quality-system knowledge.
• English proficiency.
