The IMSS Project Management Professional (PMP) oversees the administrative section of a large-scale aviation maintenance organization supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract. This role is responsible for leading administrative operations, ensuring compliance with contract deliverables, and supporting the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) in coordinating and overseeing all aviation maintenance activities and logistics for a large helicopter fleet.
Reporting to senior leadership, the PMP will manage administrative staff, develop and implement processes for efficiency, ensure timely completion of multiple Contract Deliverable Requirements and reports, and guide the building of MOC products. The position requires strong project management expertise (PMP credential) to handle complex, regulated environments involving US Government oversight, Saudi National workforce requirements and labor law, and high-stakes aviation maintenance operations. The role emphasizes compliance, resource coordination, reporting, and operational support in a dynamic international defense setting
Major Duties and Responsibilites:
• Leads, develops, and maintains project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for small to medium projects. Tracks, analyses, and reports performance and progress. Establish policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations.
• Apply PMP methodologies to lead administrative projects, including process improvements, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional initiatives supporting maintenance and logistics. Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics .
• Collaborate with the MOC to guide and build operational products, tools, and reports for coordinating aviation maintenance operations, monitoring fleet status, scheduling, logistics, and real-time decision support across the helicopter fleet.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of all Contract Deliverable Requirements and associated reports to meet contract obligations. Identifies potential risk and develops a plan for alternative strategies to avoid and minimize risk with the Quality Management Team.
• Serve as a key liaison with internal teams, US Government representatives (OPM-SANG), and MNG stakeholders. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, security requirements, and organizational policies. Verifies and documents project results to formalize acceptance by the client.
• Leads, directs and manages limited resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget, and to Team GDCME expectations using standard project management tools, techniques, and methods. Provides direct client interface and ensures project delivery excellence.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, performance reports, and analyses on administrative and MOC effectiveness. Identify improvements and implement solutions. Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in a Project Management environment.
• 3 years of serving in a supervisory role, preferably in aviation maintenance, defense, logistics, or government contracting environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing contract deliverables, reports, and compliance in regulated industries. Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations is required.
• Must also possess a thorough knowledge of Program Management and Aviation Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint), database management, and reporting tools. Experience with maintenance management systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience in aviation maintenance administration, Maintenance Operations Centers (MOC), or similar military/FMS support roles.
• Additional certifications such as those in logistics, supply chain, or defense acquisition.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• 5 years' experience as Project Management for a major corporation.
