Task and Duties:
- Directing and creating audio-visual media.
- Training employees on specialization.
- Follow up on maintenance work for audio-visual equipments.
- Working to develop performance in the field of work.
- Preparing periodic reports for the devices used in the specialty.
Tasks and duties:
- Participate in reviewing and examining the bids of competitions between companies and analyzing bids technically and financially.
- Preparing and editing nodal correspondence.
- Preparation of contract drafts.
- Drafting contracts and ensuring their compliance with the government regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- To coordinate with other departments to avoid any conflict between daily work procedures and contract terms.
- Follow up of the implementation of various contracts.
Task and Duties:
1) Prepare and process employees expense reports and all the employees related payments.
2) Ensure that the processing of payables transactions complies with the financial policies and procedures of the company.3) Assist the Senior accountant payables in the day-to-day Payable transactions.
4) Ensure Payables sub-ledgers reconciliation with general ledger on monthly basis.
5) Coordination with Treasury team for timely payments to the employees.6) Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
7) Prepare Suppliers reconciliations on a periodical basis.8) Assist and support in the preparation and filing of VAT and WHT returns. Task and Duties:
1) Implement health and safety policies.2) Contribute to the implementation of the Safety Management System3) Provide safety training to the employees.4) Ensure safe work practices.5) Investigate the work / safety accident and take necessary corrective measures.6) Ensure safe and healthy work environment within all GDCME facilities and hangars.7) Ensure that all employees are informed about the safety policies, rules and regulation of the company and the related authorities.8) Regularly update safety records and manuals.9) Develop a set of minimum safety rules and prevention standards. for the office and the hangars.
10) Develop and implement safety promotional materials for Office and Hangar environments.11) Develop strategies to disseminate Company safety rules and regulation on a regular basis to employees.12) Plan and monitor the safety awareness of the company employees.13) Prepare educational materials including technical and informational articles, presentations, workshops and orientation materials.14) Report violations of safety standards on-site.15) Performance Audit16) Provide Safety recommendation to Safety Manager regarding all work related issues.
17) Provide support to all Safety & Quality Management members.18) Inspect the daily normal operation activities for safety deficiencies.19) Use company resources efficiently. Task and Duties:
1. Assists in preparing the annual audit plan/calendar.2. Conducts internal audits (scheduled and unscheduled) on company processes to ensure compliance to GDCME company standards, customer, and aviation authority requirements.
3. Coordinates, follows-up, evaluates and determines the acceptance or rejection of response/corrective actions to all the findings generated during audits.4. Conducts regular surveillances of GDCME back shops, facilities and aircraft undergoing maintenance to ensure that all technical departments, functions and maintenance performed are in compliance with manufacturer, regulatory, customer and company standards and requirements.
5. Ensures the effective management of vendors including evaluation, renewals, approvals and monitoring to make sure that aircraft parts are purchased only from approved sources.6. Performs external audits to verify the capabilities of approved maintenance organizations contracted to perform maintenance work on GDCME maintained aircraft, engines, and/or components.
7. Liaises/assists during customer and regulatory audits, including the distribution of audit reports, and collection, evaluation, and submission of the corresponding corrective actions to the audit findings noted by the concerned organization.8. Liaises/assist during customer and regulatory investigations including the distribution of investigation reports, and collection, evaluation, and submission of the appropriate corrective actions (to preclude re-occurrence of maintenance error) to the subject organization.
9. Assists during the renewal of the repair stations certificates/approvals.10. In coordination with Safety, ensures that standard health and safety practices are maintained and being adhered to by all departments.
11. Ensures that new and updated civil aviation regulations and company policies and procedure are monitored and implemented.12. Conducts in-depth technical investigation after occurrence of accidents, incidents, maintenance deviations and other safety-related events.
13. Assists in building-up in-house shop capabilities, seek regulatory approval, and monitor approved capability for compliance to requirements.14. Mentors or trains new Quality Assurance Auditor regarding the policies and procedures of Quality Assurance Section.
15. Contributes, develops, and revises existing company policies and procedures.16. To comply with GDC ME quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.
17. Promptly report any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects.18. Performs other tasks that may be required by Quality & Safety management for the benefit of the company and department.
19. To comply with cybersecurity policy, procedures and awareness programs
20. Use company resources efficiently21. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by direct Supervisor.
