Key Tasks & Duties: - Participate in managing and monitoring human resources contracts in accordance with approved regulations, policies, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with the terms of contracts concluded with recruitment companies and contractors. - Design, develop, and continuously update human resources databases. - Ensure data accuracy and ease of accessibility. - Monitor the extent to which contractors fulfill their duties and responsibilities towards employees, in accordance with contract terms and regulations. - Provide suggestions and opinions that contribute to raising work efficiency and improving performance in the field of human resources. - Participate in periodic meetings with contractors to discuss all matters related to employees. - Prepare and draft all official correspondence related to human resources. - Follow up on contracting and employment procedures to ensure compliance with contract terms and approved controls. - Ensure that candidates meet employment conditions and qualification requirements. - Perform all administrative tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in the field of work.
