- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities of the organization. This position involves overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies and procedures.• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.• Coordinate and support audits by providing necessary information and reconciliations.• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.• Review and approve accounting transactions and reconciliations.• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data. • Other duties as assigned.
Task and Duties:
1. Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining T56, D22, and (GTC/APU) engines on C-130 aircraft.
2. Troubleshoot engine systems on C-130 aircraft using available tools and perform necessary repairs.
3.R emove and replace the engine or its components, including (GTC/APU), on C-130 aircraft.
4. Analyz fault indicators, identify recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with squadron personnel to eliminate root causes.
5. Perform all types of scheduled periodic maintenance on C-130 aircraft and their systems.
6. Ensure engine performance quality through necessary testing on the Test Cell engine inspection device.
7. Identify materials and spare parts needed for engine repairs during scheduled maintenance and plan for their availability at least a week in advance for each aircraft.
8. Provide practical training to Saudi technicians in his specialty up to the seventh technical level, ensuring that trainees can perform the tasks outlined in the job description, with a focus on the tasks specified in this document.
9.O perate C-130 engines to test performance efficiency and adjust them according to performance standards in technical manuals.
Task and Duties:
1. Performs shakedown /preliminary /receival inspection on aircraft /engine, components, accessories and appliance to determine their state of preservation and detect any defect, malfunction or damage. 2. Performs in-process inspection on aircraft, engines and components undergoing repair, overhaul or alteration to ensure work are performed according to acceptable data and accepted quality standards and practices.3. Performs final inspection on aircraft to determine aircraft completeness and that all documents has been signed and that known defects that would render the aircraft, engines and components un-airworthy.4. Records all discrepancies, defects or malfunctions for corrective action based on approved reference.5. Ensure that all tools and equipment used by maintenance have valid calibration dates and serviceable.6. Sign or stamp all documents, forms and other paperwork after determining that work has been performed properly based on acceptable procedures or data.7. Assist during regulatory or customer inspection visits at GDC ME. He shall also record all discrepancy or concerns noted.8.
