Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Key Tasks & Duties

• Own the fleet airworthiness, maintenance planning, and budget control.
• Approve maintenance programs, MELs, and reliability reports.
• Liaise with regulator, OEM, and finance on compliance, warranty, & cost issues.
• Lead continuous-improvement and manpower-forecasting initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Aviation Management.
• Licensed A&P/B1/B2 engineer; 8-10 years experience, 3 + in management.
• Solid ERP/CMMS proficiency (AMOS, OAS, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated knowledge of GACA Part 145/Part M requirements.
