Key Tasks & Duties
- Own the fleet airworthiness, maintenance planning, and budget control.
- Approve maintenance programs, MELs, and reliability reports.
- Liaise with regulator, OEM, and finance on compliance, warranty, & cost issues.
- Lead continuous-improvement and manpower-forecasting initiatives.
Skills Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Aviation Management.
- Licensed A&P/B1/B2 engineer; 8-10 years experience, 3 + in management.
- Solid ERP/CMMS proficiency (AMOS, OAS, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated knowledge of GACA Part 145/Part M requirements.
