أخصائي تدريب - Training Specialist

Tasks and duties:

• Assist in developing unit training programs
• Coordination with the authorities responsible for training requirements
• Follow up on the progress of training and help evaluate the level of training in the units
• Preparing tests and related materials used to evaluate trainees 
• Preparing the teaching plan and develops curricula to carry out the teacher’s duties
• Educating unit employees on training procedures and requirements
• Prepares tests and related materials used to evaluate trainees
• Performing work-related tasks as required

Required qualification: Technical level seventh or ninth or equivalent

Specialization: Training/English language/Curriculums

Experiences and Skills :

• Five years of experience in the same position, three years of which are in aircraft maintenance training programs
• Full knowledge of maintenance training procedures
• Familiar with computers.
• He has basic knowledge in computer training systems
• Conversant in English, spoken and written
• Qualified to apply instructions manuals, technical books (T.Os), technical bulletins, and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Qualified to carry out the work described in the job description for the technical specialty (35170) as stated in Guide No. (30B-105)
