Job Description

Tasks and duties : 

  • Manage and maintain organizational files and records, including both physical and digital documents.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls. 
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary resources and information are available. 
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or individuals within the organization as needed. 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
