Job Description
GDC Middle East (GDCME) is a Saudi company with 80% ownership by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and 20% by Ajwa Aviation Holdings. Key Tasks & Duties
1) Generates scheduled maintenance check forecasts, to ensure that aircraft maintenance is carried out in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Program and all maintenance requirements are performed, therefore ensuring continued airworthiness of customer aircraft.
2) Schedules and prepares work packages for aircraft and engine maintenance in accordance with the AMM, CMM, applicable AD’s, SB’s, SL’s SI’s Communiqué manuals.
3) Monitor all MEL and Deferred Maintenance Items and coordinate timely compliance.
4) Management of Task Cards to ensure the task card database satisfies customer list of work and airworthiness requirements, including; Continuous improvement & development
5) Coordinates with Material Planner for routine and non-routine requirements requirement.
6) Coordinates with Production Planner for proper task (routine & non-routine) distribution.
7) Review completed work packages for appropriate signatories, stamps and sign-offs, to ensure completion of tasks. Forwards reviewed packages for Technical Records.
8) Maintains historical records of aircraft operating hours, cycles and creates aircraft and engine utilization reports.
9) Uses standardized processes such as Engineering Order, etc. to resolve errors with engineering and other technical data.
10) Work with the Quality Control department and Engineering Department in reading, interpreting and implementing Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and researching aircraft records
11) Perform additional functions (essential or otherwise) as may be assigned from time to time.
12) To comply with GDC ME quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.
13) Promptly report any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
1) Technical Qualifications: Type-rated in aircraft.
2) HUMAN FACTORS, SMS
3) Experience: 8 or more years’ experience in an aircraft environment.
