Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Work under the management of / and reported to site Superintendent in Directorate of Aircraft Maintenance in the Base.
2.Personnel in charge to maintain the continuous airworthiness of H145 fleet.
3.Follows up and controls the data allowing maintaining the continuous airworthiness of the helicopters, its systems, sub-systems and components.
4.Sets up and updates the Maintenance Plan, listing the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for all significant items determined by the manufacturer (systems, sub- systems, components. …).
5.Defines the list of equipment required to execute the requested missions, prepares the associated maintenance activity (specific mission work-order) and ensures working document are available for maintenance execution.
6.Creates and ensures proper application of the maintenance tasks to be performed on site maintenance through work orders.
7.Regularly analyses and recommends the Service Bulletins that could be incorporated during scheduled maintenance slots. The embodiment of the following Service Bulletins are included in the contractor scope.
(a)Ads, ESB and ASB (in all cases all parts included in contractor’s perimeter shall be maintained in airworthiness conditions as per last effective directives)
(b)Any modification allowing to improve helicopter availability (Improvement of parts reliability, etc) proposed by Manufacture, as long as they comply with / requirements
8.Collects usage and maintenance data (hours, cycles, log books, Helionix software data etc.
9.Review and monitor the compliance of all airworthiness publications issued by Aircraft OEM.
10.Manages and archives all maintenance records and provides them when required by /.
11.Implementing new equipment, technology, or other changes to increase efficiency and productivity
12.coordinates maintenance, application of Service Bulletins, replacement of life limited parts, and Component inspection requirements
13.Coordinating with maintenance management to ensure that maintenance offices/staff have all the information, data, tools and training they need to complete their jobs efficiently in Aircraft maintenance.
(a)Status of maintenance tasks performance.
(b)Status of Airworthiness Directives embodiment.
(c)Status of SB and modifications embodiment.
(d)Status of components installed on Aircraft.
(e)Helicopter obsolescence monitoring.
14.Reviewing maintenance procedures to ensure that all work/tasks obligations are met by all parties involved
15.Updates the technical data and ensures a continuous revision of Tech pub & job cards. Moreover AH provides updates of the map databases for the equipment installed in the / aircraft.
16.Collects usage & maintenance data (hours & cycle, Log books, Helicopter Health and Usage data analysis (fatigue, vibrations, etc.)
17.Manages & archives all original technical records and maintain the data up-to-date
18.Carries out the airworthiness review of the helicopters and issues the airworthiness review certificate or the recommendation to the competent authority of the State for registry
19.Determining equipment repair gears and aids for materials needed for repairs
20.Coordinating with all parties/stakeholders are involved to ensure that maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
21.Ensuring that safety procedures are followed by workers on site during Aircraft maintenance work activities.
22.Monitoring the progress of planned/scheduled maintenance to ensure that deadlines are met within procedures and manuals.
23.Monitoring employees’ hours worked to ensure that they do not exceed the maximum.
24.Coordinating with other members of management to develop plans for improving work processes25.
Will sign off the release of the aircraft
26.Will implement its maintenance management information tool to perform the CAMO activities
27.Provides technical assistance to maintenance activities
(a)Technical representative to liaise with technical experts
(b)Troubleshooting assistance, diagnose and solution recommendation assistance on all maintenance levels;
(c)Incident analysis and impact assessment of safety and airworthiness
Skills Description
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1.Minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance as an Aircraft Mechanic/ Avionics or recognized aviation training program in Aircraft maintenance (Minimum 2 years).
2.5 years experience as qualified technician on rotary/fixed wing Aircraft. Minimum 2 years experience on H145 or similar Aircraft.
3.At least 1-year experience as CAMO on H145 Aircraft.
4.Should be able to amicably handle the online portals of Aircraft maintenance like Rusuda En-vision, O.R.I.O.N, Keycopter, T.I.P.I. and Arriel-2E engine documentation.
5.Should be able to forecast inspections and produce work orders of Aircraft, systems, components level inspections and TBOs.
6.Should be able to track compliance of all ASBs/SBs/Ads/CSNs.
7.All the above requirements and information in CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
8.Pass the security clearance from KSA government
