Job Description
Serves as the Aviation Institute Directorate, project management office (PMO) assistant. Assists the Aviation Institute Management in ensuring that all internal and external activities are coordinated, planned, conducted, and executed in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
Major Duties and Responsbibilites:
• Provide administrative support to department managers and team members for the Aviation Institute Directorate and Aviation Programs. Assists in organizing and executing activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating, preparing documents, and maintaining files and records in support of operations and support functions for MNG Aviation Institutional and the Aviation Institute Directorate.
• Assists in updates and maintains Aviation Institute operational SOPs and hiring process.
• Assists in coordinating activities and processing deliverables for Aviation Institute personnel including times sheets, travel request authorization, personnel actions, employee performance assessments, and other personnel support activities.
• Assists in creating, editing, and formatting related documents, reports, presentations, and other related materials.
• Handling general administrative tasks, such as maintaining calendars, processing related documentation, and collecting slides for MNG and Aviation Institute briefings and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
Skills Description
Minimum Qualfications:
• High School degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of secretarial, administration, and coordination experience.
• Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Ability to deal effectively with people in coordinating staff objectives and requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer professionally and courteously.
• Proficient in MS Office Professional software required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• One year experience in the company.
• Knowledge of pertinent KSA Labor Law.
• Knowledge of MNG and OPM-MNG operational procedures concerning job-related activities.
• Proficient in Micro-Soft Project highly desired.
