• Responsible for operating and maintaining computer hardware and peripheral devices to ensure efficient functioning.
• Installs and configures necessary computer software and applications as per user requirements.
• Provides technical support and assistance to employees in resolving daily technical issues.
• Conducts regular checks on computers to detect any faults or problems.
• Follows preventive maintenance procedures and carries out necessary repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Manages digital storage units and oversees data backup operations.
• Coordinates with network administrators to resolve connectivity and internet-related problems.
• Documents all technical interventions and maintenance activities in designated records.
• Trains new employees on the use of computers and approved software.

• 5th Technical Level, Diploma in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in computer operations and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of operating systems and common application software.
• Ability to identify technical problems and find effective solutions.
• Capacity to work in a team and provide technical support to users.
