Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all systems and equipment within the facility to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal functioning of all facility systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or upgrades when necessary.
4. Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
5. Manage facility security systems to ensure the safety of all employees and assets.
6. Create and implement emergency response plans to address any unexpected facility issues.
7. Monitor facility budget and expenses related to maintenance and repairs.
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
1. Diploma degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems and codes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong project management skills.
7. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
