Field Service Representative (FSR)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Work under customer management and reported to the customer Directorate of Aircraft maintenance in HQ.
2. FSR will be required to answer all questions related to maintenance, operations, logistics related to Aircraft and engines.
3. Provide guidance in usage of tools/testers and equipment on Aircraft.
4. Provide analysis of the maintenance program and give recommendations for improvement.
5. Participate in Aircraft occurrence investigations.
6. Provide guidance in performing maintenance on Aircraft and associated equipment, following up concessions and deviations.
7. Submitting FTRs to OEM for resolving the issues pertaining to Aircraft /engine or equipment.
8. Identifying areas needing training and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Degree or equivalent in aviation with EASA Part 66/ FAA License
2. Minimum of 5-year experience in maintenance management on rotary/ fixed wing Aircraft on site.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience on H145 or similar platforms as FSR.
4. Type rating in H145 by approved part 147.
5. Highly proficient with for mechanical and avionics Aircraft systems and subs- systems and mission equipment/ tooling.
6. Ability to relate all Aircraft publications/MSMs/ comprehension of CV-FDR and Helionix software data in resolving the technical matters.
7. Must be able to advise technical reasons during Aircraft investigations.
8. Highly proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, and Excel).
9. All the above requirements and information in CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
10. Pass the security clearance from KSA government
