Intermediate Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the intermediate level maintenance operations for aircraft to ensure compliance with regulations and operational readiness.

Job Responsibility may include but not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of aircraft at the intermediate level.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient servicing of aircraft.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and documentation.
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Active A&P license.
• Proven 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
