Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Work under management of and report to Directorate of Aircraft maintenance at airbase.
2. Directs staff activities engaged in Aircraft maintenance activities and OJT training.
3. Responsible for H145 Aircraft planning, inspection, repair and servicing of Aircraft, supply and associated support equipment.
4. Supervises H145 Aircraft maintenance activities and support equipment involved in the development, implementation, operation and analysis of manual/automated logistics, maintenance, training and supply systems to include the functions of inventory control, item and monetary accounting and storage, authorization and utilization of supplies and equipment.
5. Interprets policies, directives and regulations and ensure they are applied by the maintenance teams and support equipments.
6. Determines operational, Maintenance and Training status.
7. Solving H145 Aircraft maintenance, supply and training problems at Base.
8. Manage the Inspection logistics, maintenance and training team’s activities.
9. Manage, Supervisor and monitor the Equipment Review Authorization Board.
10. Ensures supply activities at conferences convened to review administrative policies, methods and procedures.
11. Organizes manpower of H145 Aircraft logistics, maintenance and training at the Base.
12. Maintains, evaluates and recommends liaison with all of H145 Aircraft logistics, maintenance and training stakeholders.
13. Directs standard operating procedures for H145 Aircraft logistics, maintenance and training and maintain work standards at the Base.
14. Plans and schedules H145 Aircraft work assignments, workloads and procedures of logistics, maintenance and training at the Base.
15. Analyzes rational data and reports of logistics, maintenance and training plans to determine requirements for specialties.
16. Assists and advise officers in developing and conducting effective logistics, maintenance and training in related aspects.
17. Assure of implement documentation procedures of publications, Tos and work standards on the H145 platform at the Base.
18. Reviews and analyzes inspection and audit reports to determine necessity for change on work assignments or standards, additional facilities.
19. Plans, directs and conducts on job training activities on the H145 Aircraft at Base IAW training Manuals.
20. Responsible to ensure that all maintenance is being performed per OEM publications.
21. Provide guidance to deliver efficient work schedules and work flow.
22. Monitor on site jobs for contract compliance.
23. Supervise, coordinate, assign duties, provide leadership, and reviews the work of assigned staff and/or contracts for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
24. Reviews report prior to submission.
25. Plan and direct production operations throw review of directives program documents and policies and procedural guides issued by high authority.
26. Assist in performing On Job Training tasks of personnel.

Skills Description

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


1. Minimum Diploma Degree in Aviation /Engineering or Equivalent or recognized aviation training program in Aircraft Mechanical specialty (Minimum 2 years). EASA Part 66/ FAA License preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 year experience in Aircraft maintenance.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position or higher on H145 or similar platforms.
4. Type rating in H145 Aircraft by approved organization from OEM.
5. Ability and skill for maintenance planning for H145 Aircraft.
6. Highly proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, and Excel).
7. Must have the ability to work well with others as an overall team to accomplish all tasks and the missions.
8. Must have managerial courses certificates from recognized organization.
9. English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) in minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for Non-Native speaker. Otherwise, the English language will be evaluated in the interview by .
10. All the above requirements and information in CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
11. Pass the security clearance from KSA government.
