Job Description

Tasks and duties:

1) Coordinate between Project Manager and Human Capital Department Employees Vacations, Medical Insurance,
letters and Business Trips & Training.
2) Receive and deliver formal correspondence.
3) Coordinate in issuing/renewing access permits for project Employees to enter the base.
4) Send and follow-up security clearance for selected employee as per received Document from HR Department.
5) Coordinate between foreign employees and Cars Company Provider as per Administration Manager Approval.
6) Coordinate and follow-up with Airport Security Department for issue/renew of access permits for the hanger.
7) Follow-up with concern parties regarding hangars Maintenance.
8) Process petty cash receipt as required.
9) Comply with cybersecurity policy, procedures, and awareness programs
10) Comply with GDC ME quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements

11) Produces ad hoc reports from databases as required by the supervisor by identifying and organizing the required
information, compiling data, designing format, and printing reports.
12) Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by direct Supervisor

Skills

Minimum Qualification: High School or Diploma


Technical Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office Suite – Senior Administrative Assistants use all of the programs within
Microsoft Office during the course of their duties.
• Calendar Software – Calendar software is used to organize and prioritize executive
tasks

Experience: 3 to 5 years Project Coordinator of experience.
