Technical Crew Training Manager

Key Tasks & Duties

• Develop and oversee annual training plans for mechanics, crew chiefs, and rescue specialists.
• Manage instructor cadre, budget, simulators, and facilities.
• Ensure curricula meet ICAO, EASA, and GACA standards.
• Track LMS records and prepare compliance audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Aviation, Education, or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 + years mixed maintenance & training experience, 3 + in leadership.
• Instructional-systems-design (ISD) or ATLM certificate.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
