Job Description
Tasks & Duties:
- Configure and test new office equipment and devices
- Install and maintain antivirus software, perform regular scans
- Use Excel for data entry and organization
- Use Word for document processing and editing
- Update and maintain data in approved systems and applications
- Set up and troubleshoot internet connectivity
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic user issues
- Contribute to improving data entry processes
Skills
Requirements:
- Diploma or 5th level technical certificate in computer science or IT
- Preferably some prior experience in computer science or IT
- Completed training courses in data entry, Windows OS,
- Microsoft Office
- Proficient in common computer applications and office software
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor hardware/software problems
- Commitment to maintaining information confidentiality and security
- Flexibility and willingness to continuously learn and develop skills
