Job Requirements:
Manages TMDE equipment assigned to the tool room. Provide other tool room operations and support as outlined in appropriate directives. Manages the Maintenance section calibration control program and account for all TMDE. Ensure all TMDE items bare the proper markings/labeling. Turn-in all TMDE (Test, Measurement, & Diagnostic Equipment) items for calibration. Order, Track, and Maintain supplies necessary for maintenance as both bench stock and as needed.
Major Duties and Responsibilites:
· 1- Responsible for the accountability of all tools assigned to the GSE Maintenance Section.
2- Responsible for maintenance tracking and accountability of all TMDE and ensuring calibration within guidelines specified by the manufacturer and required work to be accomplished.
· 3- Responsible for the issue and receipt of daily tools assigned to the GSE Maintenance Tool Room.
· 4- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards.
· 5- Order, Track, and maintain parts and supplies as required by the Vehicle/GSE section.
· 6- Perform other tasks as assigned.
· 7- Supports the Airfield Foreign Object Debris program.
8- Reports to the MD530 Fleet Maintenance Manager.
Skills Description
Minimum Requierments:
- Civilian High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years aviation maintenance or logistics experience required.
- Knowledgeable in working with technical maintenance manuals. Ability to communicate in English. Work safely with standards and can work well with others.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of recent experience working in the tool room and or property accountability. Former TMDE management experience desired.
- Prior Military experience preferred
