Tasks and duties :
- Manage and maintain organizational files and records, including both physical and digital documents.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary resources and information are available.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or individuals within the organization as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
