The Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to protect the organization's information systems and data. This role involves implementing security measures, conducting security assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor security alerts and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents. - Conduct investigations and analysis of security breaches and incidents. - Implement and manage security tools and technologies to protect the organization's assets. - Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks. - Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration and management of systems and networks. - Provide guidance and support to cybersecurity staff on security-related issues and best practices. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and security trends. - Prepare and present security reports to Line manager. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Participate in the development and testing of incident response plans. - Promptly report any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries, or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects. - To comply with cybersecurity policy, procedures, and awareness programs - To comply with GDC ME quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.

FSR will be required to answer all questions related to maintenance, operations, logistics related to Aircraft and engines.3. Provide guidance in usage of tools/testers and equipment on Aircraft.4. Provide analysis of the maintenance program and give recommendations for improvement.5. Participate in Aircraft occurrence investigations.6. Provide guidance in performing maintenance on Aircraft and associated equipment, following up concessions and deviations.7. Submitting FTRs to OEM for resolving the issues pertaining to Aircraft /engine or equipment.8. Identifying areas needing training and maintenance procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primarily responsible for initiating, updating, and maintaining records for the personnel. Provide oversight and management for the training, scheduling, and training program development requirements. Assists in development of the Aviation Training Strategy, associated curriculum, publications and core competencies under the direction of the Training Manager in support of unit Mission Essential Task Lists (METL). Supports Training Management Office (TMO) with regular Aviation Training Status Reports providing a summary of training accomplished, operational readiness and decision lead data. Analyze OJT status and advise commanders on force strength, forecast gaps, and coordinate OJT events as necessary to maintain a healthy unit posture. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists On-the-Job Training (OJT) efforts, while ensuring the accuracy of Training Management System (TMS). - Supporting the overall On-the-Job Program. - Responsible for the reporting of individuals training progress. - Provides accurate and timely status and attendance reports. - Recommends changes to improve performance and efficiencies of all training programs. - Assists in the development and maintenance of On-The-Job training. - Assists OJT Coordinators in meeting their program training requirements. - Assists in the development and maintenance of IMSS/ AOM and BFT On-the-Job Training. - Performs technical writing and editing when updating task Books, performance measures, and evaluations. - Tracks progress and AOM, IMSS employee qualifications. - Recommends changes to improve the performance and efficiencies of all training programs. - Other tasks as directed by the General Manager or his delegate.
