The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Accounts Receivable and Payables Section, Treasury function, and Payroll and Employee Section in order to implement the strategy and direction by the ATSS Business Operations Director and Controller. In addition, the finance manager must perform data analysis and advise senior managers on profit-maximizing ideas. The finance manager is responsible for the financial health of an organization. They must be able to create financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of the organization. Supervises 10 personnel and laterally interfaces with Program Office functions, Corporate shared services, and customers. Performs work as requested by the Controller. - Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management. - Ensures that all CDRLs and reports are delivered according to the required dates. - Maintains accounting system. - Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals. - Prepares financial forecasts. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for fire suppression, rescue, and medical emergencies at assigned duty location. - Ensures equipment is in a state of readiness for all requests of emergency services. - Participates in daily roll call before the start of shift and any meetings requested by the Fire Chief or designee. - Performs all required proficiency training. - Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. - Ability to quickly perform and direct all functions in difficult and hazardous situations, without hesitation. - Ability to comprehend and apply instructions and communicate information in a clear and concise manner. - Ability to learn, apply and teach aircraft rescue and firefighting techniques and practices. - Ability to perform physically demanding work and withstand very hazardous conditions. - Reports to the Fire Chief or his Designee. - All other duties as assigned by the Fire Chief, Assistant Chiefs, Station Captains, or Lieutenants of the Fire Department.
Serves as an Air Traffic Control Specialist for GCA operations and procedures with potential oversight of assigned ATC specialist. Operates fixed GCA facilities. Provide positive control for arriving rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. Responsible for supervising and supporting the safe operation, movement, and flight procedures of rotary wing aircraft in a training environment. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates as a facility rated controller in assigned facility. - Provides OJT training for assigned controllers. - Works within ICAO, GACA and MNG Air Traffic Control rules, procedures, and regulations with minimal supervision. - May have supervisory responsibility for assigned Air Traffic Control Specialists in the facility during shift. - Other duties as assigned.
