Tasks & Duties:
Design, deploy, and configure network systems, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN.

Tasks & duties:
The Legal Specialist is responsible to prepare legal documents and provides support to Contracts Manager for any possible change of this policy and all Contracts and Legal Affairs documents.
To review, draft, and manage contractual correspondence between GDC ME and all its suppliers, customers, andemployees.
To review, develop, and apply terms and conditions for purchase orders, service orders, and contracts.
To advise Contracts Manager on the legal aspect of any risk, health, safety, and environmental requirements that might be associated with company’s contracts.
To comply with GDC ME quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.
Promptly report any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries, or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects.
To comply with cybersecurity policy, procedures, and awareness programs.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities of the organization. This position involves overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies and procedures.• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.• Coordinate and support audits by providing necessary information and reconciliations.• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.• Review and approve accounting transactions and reconciliations.• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data. • Other duties as assigned.
