Responsible for ensuring the safety of the airport environment through effective response to aircraft emergencies, firefighting, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents. The candidate will possess a strong sense of duty, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in challenging situations. Serves as an Air Traffic Control Specialist for GCA operations and procedures with potential oversight of assigned ATC specialist. Operates fixed GCA facilities. Provide positive control for arriving rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. Responsible for supervising and supporting the safe operation, movement, and flight procedures of rotary wing aircraft in a training environment. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates as a facility rated controller in assigned facility. - Provides OJT training for assigned controllers. - Works within ICAO, GACA and MNG Air Traffic Control rules, procedures, and regulations with minimal supervision. - May have supervisory responsibility for assigned Air Traffic Control Specialists in the facility during shift. - Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for managing the accounts’ receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. Work directly with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted in accordance with (IAW) the Business System Manual (BSM). Develop and establish program for document control, data management, and records maintenance practices IAW the Aviation Business Management System (BMS) and AS9110/AS9120/ISO 21001 standards. Ensure compliance with the Aviation Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Prepare quantitative data for use by stakeholders. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9110/AS9120, and internal company procedures as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Audit AS9100/9110 compliant data, document, and record management products, processes, and procedures. Maintain/retain Audit Working Documents, Corrective Action Requests, root cause analyses, and consequent Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Implement/Monitor performance measurement and data collection methodology for the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Utilize organizational communication products for the continual process improvement program, subsequent change management plans, processes, procedures, standards, KPIs, and effectiveness measurements. Participate in developing appropriate communication, knowledge, and project status reporting procedures. - Perform additional tasks assigned by the Quality Management System Lead/Manager.
