Field Service Representative (FSR)

GDC Middle East (GDCME) is a Saudi company with 80% ownership by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and 20% by Ajwa Aviation Holdings. Established in 2015 with headquarters in Riyadh, GDCME specializes in the aircraft engineering sector. The company offers comprehensive solutions for aviation systems, operations, and support, distinguished by its capability to maintain aircraft to the highest quality and safety standards, meeting the technical challenges and global requirements in the aviation and defense industries. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Work under customer management and reported to the customer Directorate of Aircraft maintenance in HQ.2. FSR will be required to answer all questions related to maintenance, operations, logistics related to Aircraft and engines.3. Provide guidance in usage of tools/testers and equipment on Aircraft.4. Provide analysis of the maintenance program and give recommendations for improvement.5. Participate in Aircraft occurrence investigations.6. Provide guidance in performing maintenance on Aircraft and associated equipment, following up concessions and deviations.7. Submitting FTRs to OEM for resolving the issues pertaining to Aircraft /engine or equipment.8. Identifying areas needing training and maintenance procedures.
